Role and responsibilities of key Stakeholders in the implementation of the project:

 

1)  Role of the Director of the Cherished By Faith Mission

 

• He will be responsible to conduct the survey and keep its record.

 

• Overall supervision and management of the project

 

• Orientation of the Project to the Staff

 

• Co-ordination with the funding partner

 

• Quarterly monitoring of the Project

 

• To make it sure that the project achieve its objective successfully within the given period.

 

• He will responsible to construct the orphanage home which will be comfortable for the children

• He will be responsible to conduct all the activities timely according to the project schedule.

 

• He will be responsible to give proper security to the children and take care of their needs.

 

• He will be responsible to send Interim report to the Donors.

 

• Receive written monitoring reports from the project co-coordinator.
